追求健康素食生活的朋友,對於Impossible Burger肯定不會陌生,這種植物肉全無動物成分,脂肪含量較少,全無膽固醇,但口感和味道也跟真實的肉類很相似,所以無論是素食者或是初嘗素食士也很易接受。
以往Impossible Foods的菜式較為西化,但最近跟本地走肉餐廳「走肉蔬食硏究所」聯手合作,推出六款本地化的菜式,餐單包括:冬菜蒸牛肉餅煲仔飯、鐵板蔥花牛肉芝士汁撈公仔麵、鐵板漢堡扒伴雜菜牛肝菌汁、日式咖喱漢堡扒飯、香茅牛肉生菜包和紅酒燴肉丸伴薯蓉,齋看名字已大概猜想到是甚麼一回事,用上植物肉來烹煮的菜式,肯定很有新鮮感。

「走肉蔬食硏究所」位於茘枝角D2 Place One。餐廳設計仿如實驗室課室,帶來輕鬆的飲食氣氛,創辦人之一的Esther Chan希望能以新派創意料理顛覆大眾對素食的舊有觀念,能夠讓「食肉獸」也嘗試「走肉」,推廣素食好處。
